Attentat is the moniker of Thomas Kamholz, a Denver based DJ/Producer/Promoter. For over a decade Attentat has participated in every aspect of the American electronic music scene. As a DJ he has played some of the more respected events and venues the United States offers, including multiple appearances at The Bunker in New York and an appearance at the Decibel Festival in Seattle. As an early member of and creative director for the Colorado based organization Communikey, Attentat has shown himself to be an integral part of the burgeoning techno scene coming to maturity in the Front Range of Colorado. As a producer, Attentat has released on such labels as Dope Recordings, Wolf + Lamb, Archipel, and Geometricdeck.

Most recently Attentat has decided to put to rest his own imprint Dope Recordings, which he co-founded with friend and fellow producer Roy England back in 2001, in order to focus on a new project: Make Mistakes is a monthly event in Denver focusing on new and interesting Techno & House music in a loft environment. Soon to be a label, the goal behind the Make Mistakes endeavor is to provide a fun and sophisticated dance environment in an effort to create a new techno mecca in the United States.
